Felix is a Taiwan-based strategist, operator, and writer.As the first hire alongside two co-founders, he is currently driving go-to-market execution and scaling operations from pre-launch through early growth for a new academia-adjacent venture (stealth).Alongside his startup and advisory work, he writes on business, culture, and operational strategy.He was formerly Managing Director of an academic language solutions firm and recently completed his Executive MBA at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
