For over 12 years, I’ve led and built teams across Asia in professional services, SaaS, and digital businesses, most recently as Managing Director at AsiaEdit, a globally distributed, fully remote firm.I bring a systems-minded approach to leadership, while staying deeply involved in the work itself. Across two long leadership stints at founder-led SMEs, I’ve launched new revenue streams, entered new markets, built ops from the ground up, developed and implemented growth strategies, and led tech integrations, including AI adoption. In these two roles, I discovered my love for and a strength in bridging strategy and execution.I’m also a brand-new first-time dad and part of CUHK’s 2026 EMBA cohort. Previously a Gaelic football player for the Taiwan Celts, I’m also a frequent hiker chasing the peak fitness (pun intended!) I had a few years ago, ha!I’m open to new opportunities from mid-July 2025. My sweet spot is turning big ideas into operational reality, whether in professional/digital services, SaaS, or elsewhere.
