Bridging the gap between strategy and execution
For over 14 years, I’ve built and led teams across Asia in professional services, SaaS, and digital businesses, most recently as Managing Director at AsiaEdit, a globally distributed academia-oriented professional services firm.I bring a systems-minded approach to leadership, while staying deeply involved in the work itself. Across two long leadership stints at founder-led firms, I’ve launched new revenue streams, entered new markets, built ops and teams from the ground up, developed and implemented growth strategies, and led tech integrations, including AI adoption. In these two roles, I discovered my love for and a strength in bridging strategy and execution. Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday the satisfaction of seeing an idea go from "hey here's a thought" to heyheresathoughtdotcom.I’m also a brand-new first-time dad and part of CUHK’s 2026 Executive MBA cohort. Previously a Gaelic football player for the Taiwan Celts, I’m also a frequent hiker chasing the peak fitness (pun intended!) I had a few years ago, ha!My sweet spot is turning big ideas into operational reality, and I have the background and expertise to do that in professional services, digital products, SaaS, and SEO-driven websites. If you need a builder‑operator who works well with ambiguity to deliver results --- that's me!While a good fit if you're looking for a COO, Head of Operations, or Chief of Staff, I’m driven by impact, contribution, and learning, so I'm open to high-leverage generalist roles.Based in Taiwan, I have solid working hour overlaps across APAC and EMEA, and I’m open to gradual relocation within APAC --- a decision I’d make together with my loving wife (also an entrepreneur), a very opinionated 16-month-old, and two curious cats!
